What we do not collect

2. How we use your information

We do not use your personal information to make decisions about you by automated means alone that have a legal or similarly significant effect.

Automated image analysis

When you upload a photograph to create a listing or to make a Secret Shopper request, we send that image to an artificial intelligence provider — currently OpenAI or Anthropic — which analyses it and returns a description, category suggestion or price estimate. Only the image and the text you provide with it are sent. Your name, address, email and payment details are not. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in photographs you upload.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share the minimum necessary with the following service providers, who act on our instructions:

ProviderWhat they receive, and why
Order fulfilment partners Recipient name, delivery address, phone number and order contents, so your order can be packed, shipped and cleared through customs.

Stripe — payments Card details you enter, the amount, and information needed to prevent fraud. Stripe is the controller of your card data; we receive only a token and the last four digits.

Reviews you publish are public. Your display name appears next to them and can be seen by anyone using wiMarket.

4. International transfers

wiMarket serves customers in the Caribbean, but our suppliers and service providers are located elsewhere — principally in China (order fulfilment) and the United States (payments, hosting and image analysis). Using the Service therefore involves transferring your information to countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. We only transfer what is necessary, and we require our providers to protect it and to use it solely to provide services to us.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email labs@mynexaflow.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a first request.

Deleting your account or your data

You can delete your account from the app at any time, and you can delete individual addresses, wish lists, registry items and profile details without closing your account. Our account deletion page explains exactly what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app.

Notifications

You control push notifications from your device settings, and you can turn off notification categories in the app. Order and security messages may still be sent by email, as they are part of the Service.

7. How we protect your information

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never readable by us or by our staff. Sign-in credentials are held in your device’s secure storage. Access to customer data by our staff is limited to those who need it to do their job.

No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

8. Children

wiMarket is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email labs@mynexaflow.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
